Job description
AssemblerLocation: Houston, TX Duration: 3 months contract Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.26 an hour The role involves assembling analyzer components, subassemblies, and finished products according to established work instructions and assembly drawings. Key responsibilities include:Always wearing PPE while on the production floor.Reading and interpreting assembly drawings, diagrams, specifications, and written instructions.Performing basic inspections to verify product quality and identify defects or assembly issues.Using hand tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.Maintaining production records and completing required documentation accurately.Following all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.Maintaining a clean and organized work area.Communicating production concerns, quality issues, or equipment problems to the Lead or Supervisor.Working collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.Performing other duties as assigned.Must HavesAssembly experience with mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical components.Ability to read assembly drawings, diagrams, and detailed work instructions.Experience using hand tools and performing basic quality inspections with strong attention to detail.Must follow PPE/safety procedures, maintain accurate records
