Manufacturing work is helpful, but not necessary. You just need to be willing to learn and continue to make progress. Assemblers could do any number of jobs, including putting together small parts, basic soldering, packaging, etc.We work in small groups with a strong emphasis on safety. The ability to follow directions is a must.Unlike a lot of entry level jobs, we do not work nights or rotating shifts. Our company offers a regular 40 hour work schedule, which helps with work life balance. We also offer a highly competitive benefits package.Federal law requires that to work here you must be a US citizen or a permanent resident with a Green Card.What We Expect From You:Clean Background Check: Federal law prohibits us from hiring anyone with any felony convictions, no matter how long ago it occurredPass a Drug Screen: You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screenReliability: You need to have reliable transportation, and show up ready to workWillingness to learn: We'll teach you how to do the job safely and correctly, and look for progress while you work up to full production goalsWhat We Provide For You:Schedule: We work 8:00am - 4:30pm, with occasional Saturday overtime only when necessary.
