Manufacturing AssemblerManufacturing Assembler (3rd Shift)Shift & Compensation: 3rd Shift: Sunday night through Thursday night, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AMPay Rate: $20.61/hr (includes shift differential)Location: Oro Valley, AZPosition Overview: We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Assemblers with assembly experience for our 3rd shift team. Ideal candidates will have previous overnight shift experience in manufacturing, operations, or assembly environments.Key Areas of Responsibility: Selected candidates may be assigned to one or more of the following areas:Large Bottles: Formulating and filling multi-liter reagent productsDispenser Build: Manual assembly of reagent dispensers for diagnostic assays; operation of automated dispenser assembly equipmentKit Pack: Labeling, assembling, and packaging finished reagent kitsPrimary Duties:Assemble products and components according to detailed specifications and instructionsPerform quality checks to ensure products meet standards and requirementsMaintain production targets and efficiency on the assembly lineOperate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and correctlyIdentify and promptly report production or equipment issues to supervisorsSupport a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocolsQualifications:0–5 years' relevant experience (manufacturing, assembly, or operations)Previous experience working 3rd/overnight shifts preferredStrong attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilitiesGood communication and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with industry tools, software, and assembly equipmentWhy Join Us?Competitive pay with shift differentialOpportunity to advance your manufacturing skills and careerWork in a collaborative and safety-focused environment
