To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution.Key job responsibilities:Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locationsAssemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and PCBAsEnsure lab equipment is maintained and calibratedSupports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systemsIdentify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventoryYou will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverablesExecute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenanceReceive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety proceduresAdditional Requirements:Willing to work all shifts (days, staggered shifts) overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift times are Day shift 4X10 6am -4:30pm Wed-Sat OR Sun-Wed (one team begins at 5am)Flexible working/commuting in between site locationsStanding for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this positionAble to lift-up to 25lbs. unassistedExport Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits are provided. This information is provided per the Washington State Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
