Assembler IWe're hiring an Assembler I to perform basic, routine assembly tasks and help produce accurate, high-quality products.Responsibilities:Maintain a safe and clean work environmentInspect parts for defectsPosition and align parts using basic hand toolsUse and maintain tools and equipment properlyMeet daily production expectationsParticipate in inventory countsComplete required documentation accuratelyMaintain proper stock levelsSupport team leads and overall production needsQualifications:Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsWork well independently and in a teamStay calm and effective under pressurePhysical Requirements:Stand for long periods at a workstationFrequent use of hands, wrists, and armsLift/carry 1–5 lbs. frequentlyOccasional walking and reachingGood vision, hearing, and manual dexterityEquipment Used: Hand tools, presses, drill presses, scales, computers, and safety equipment.Benefits of working with Express:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) retirement planReferral bonuses
