What You'll Do:
Assemble precision high-tech components while ensuring strict quality standards.
Efficiently package finished products to meet delivery deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production workflows.
Perform various operational tasks on the production line and in warehouse settings.
Utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and suggest process improvements.
Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and follow organizational standards.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience considered.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting activities.
Ability to read tape measurements and follow detailed instructions.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Dependable, diligent, and committed to a strong work ethic.
Shift Options:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.80 per hour
