Job description
TKC - Kodi Collective LLC seeks a Manufacturing Associate - Bindery/Finishing to support tech-enabled print and packaging operations for government and defense clients. You will set up, operate, and maintain bindery and finishing equipment, including cutting, folding, binding, laminating, and packaging systems. Responsibilities include following detailed work orders, ensuring high quality and accuracy, tracking production data, and meeting tight deadlines. You’ll work in a collaborative, mission-focused environment with opportunities to learn new technologies and grow within a lean, continuous-improvement culture.
