Manufacturing Associate/CNC OperatorAre you experienced in manufacturing and looking for a hands-on opportunity in a fast-paced production environment? We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join a team in Edgerton, KS. This role involves material cutting, assembly support, quality checks, and a variety of general production duties. Candidates should have experience operating a sliding compound saw and basic experience with CNC cutting or machine operation.Manufacturing Associate/CNC Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Operate a sliding compound saw safely and accuratelyPerform minor CNC cutting and machine operationMeasure and cut materials according to specificationsMaintain quality standards throughout the production processFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesAssist with additional manufacturing duties as neededManufacturing Associate/CNC Operator Requirements:Previous manufacturing or production experience preferredExperience operating a sliding compound saw requiredBasic CNC cutting or machine operation experience requiredAbility to read measurements and use measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and safetyAbility to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safelyAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMust be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protectionQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
