Manufacturing AssociatePerform general production tasks to support efficient manufacturing operations in a safe, team-oriented environment.Cummins is a global leader in the design & manufacture of engines, power systems, & components.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Manufacturing Associate Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 16.50 to $ 17.25 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious manufacturing associate to join our manufacturing team.In this role, you will be responsible for performing general manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, sorting, and organizing materials.Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of products and equipment within the facility.Support production and skilled trade teams with various duties as assigned.This position requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit to meet team production targets.Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:Proven experience in assembly processes or machine operation within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferredAbility to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, throughout the shiftStrong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to all safety protocolsExcellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality workAbility to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
