Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities: Performs repetitive line assemble operations to mass produce HVAC and industrial refrigeration units.Lay out, position, align, and fit parts of structural metal productsAssemble copper coilsAssemble sheet metalMaintain a clean and safe work area.Performs other related duties and assignments as required.All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.Wire insert boards according to wiring diagramsConnects pre-wired components to unitConnects wire insert boards to unitOther wiring necessary for unit to functionOther tasks assigned by team lead or supervisorMaintain a clean and safe work area.Prepares units for safe shipment from production facility to customers after quality check is donePerforms a final visual checkAttaches paneling, final brand stickers, shipment warning stickersResponsible for maintaining stock of necessary shipment suppliesOther tasks assigned by team lead or supervisorMaintain a clean and safe work area.Ensure that production line has parts necessary for productionGathers parts from warehouse after receiving an order or when the line is getting lowRestocks production line with parts collected from the warehouseOther tasks assigned by team lead or supervisorMaintain a clean and safe work area.ResponsibilitiesSkills and Knowledge :The position requires the ability to use both power and hand toolsThe position requires the ability to read and interpret plans drawn up by the engineering departmentSafety training requiredThe position requires the knowledge to correctly read wiring diagramsThe position requires the ability to identify parts necessary to wire boardsThe position requires the ability to use hand and power tools correctly and in a manner that will not damage sensitive equipmentThe position requires the knowledge to apply correct brand stickers in the correct location and correct shipment warning stickers in visible locationsThe position requires the ability to keep necessary supplies of shipment material and sheet metal on handThe position requires ability to prioritize multiple parts needsThe position requires the ability to read part orders, locate, and identify parts in the warehouseThe position requires the ability to proactively supply the line with parts before they run out along with gathering specialty parts as needed.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED PreferredThe ability to read and write in EnglishThe position will require basic mathJob InfoJob Identification 3945Posting Date 04/27/2026, 09:08 PMApply Before 11/30/2026, 05:00 AMDegree Level N/AJob Schedule Full timeJob Shift DayTravel NoWorker Category OnsiteScottsboro, AL, United States
