Manufacturing Associate – Automated ProductionPay: $20/hr Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating 12-Hour Shifts Shift Hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Shift Rotation: Employees switch between day and night shifts every 8 weeksLong-Term OpportunityThis is a long-term evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition from an Express Employment assignment to direct employment with the company. The goal is to identify dependable, hardworking employees who are a strong fit for the team and provide them with the opportunity to build a long-term career.Job OverviewWe are looking for a dependable and safety-minded Manufacturing Associate to join a growing production team in a modern, automated manufacturing facility.In this role, you will operate and monitor automated production and packaging equipment, perform quality checks, handle materials, respond to equipment issues, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
