Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role on a fast-paced production line, assembling and installing parts either by hand or using tools. You will also be responsible for crating and packaging materials, parts, and finished products to ensure quality and efficiency. This position involves working on a conveyor-style line or stabilized workstation, with an emphasis on safety and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor conveyor lines or workstations to assemble and install components accurately.
Use hand tools and power tools as needed to complete assembly tasks.
Ensure all products meet quality standards through careful inspection.
Perform crating and packaging of materials, parts, and finished goods efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 35 lbs frequently.
Ability to stand or walk continuously for up to 10 hours per day.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Pay Rates & Shifts:
1st Shift: $19.85/hour
2nd Shift: $21.10/hour
3rd Shift: $20.85/hour

Pay Details: $19.85 to $21.10 per hour
