Manufacturing AssociateWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled manufacturing associate to join our fabrication team. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-moving production environment where accuracy, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship matter.Shift: 6:30 to 3:30 Monday Thursday Friday 7:00am-11:00amPay: Starting at $20ph and will be based on weld test and interview resultsWhat You'll Be DoingLoad fabricated metal components for staging or outbound shippingUse hand and power tools including: impact gun, chop saw, nail gun, standard shop tools used in fabrication environmentsAccurately read and take measurements using a tape measureAssist with general material handling, prepping, stacking, and securing loadsWork with the production and shipping teams to ensure materials are handled safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a manufacturing, construction, or warehouse environment preferredMust be able to accurately read a tape measureComfortable using power tools in a production settingStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessAble to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shiftReliable, punctual, and able to work well with a teamWhy Work Through AMS?American Made Solutions is built on one mission to connect skilled, hardworking individuals with manufacturers who keep American industry moving.
