Now hiring for a Manufacturing Associate

Location: Mount Summit, IN

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Join us as a Manufacturing Associate in Mount Summit and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

Job Duties

Run Power shear Measure twice, cut once.

Use tape measure, caliper, or templates.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures Maintain clean workspace

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

Prior manufacturing welding experience.

Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.

Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.

Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Prior manufacturing welding experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.

Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Associate.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.

Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
