We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company that produces products that improve lives.Pay1st Shift: $19.00/hour3rd Shift: $20.00/hourScheduleFull-time opportunities available1st and 3rd shift openings.Specific Hours: 6am - 6:30pm, or 6pm - 6:30am, 2-2-3 schedule (will alternate between 3 or 4 day work weeks = 36 and 48 hour weeks)What You'll DoAs a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician, you will play an important role in the production process by ensuring materials are prepared, equipment runs efficiently, and production records are completed accurately.Responsibilities include:Feed raw materials into manufacturing equipmentOperate production machinery according to established proceduresTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify maintenance when neededLabel, stage, and move raw materials and finished productsMonitor production processes and equipment performanceComplete required production and quality documentationFollow GMP, safety, and company proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaSupport team production goals and quality standardsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience (may consider other experience from a fast paced, on your feet work environment)Experience operating equipment, machinery, production lines, or material handling equipment preferredStable work history with demonstrated reliabilityWhy Apply?Opportunity to work in the growing pharmaceutical and biotech industriesThese openings are all due to growth and a major expansion being added on to the facilityClean, regulated, and team-oriented work environmentTraining providedLong-term career growth opportunitiesJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, OH.The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
