If you've worked with machines, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in quality, we'll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment.We're hiring anyone who is ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.What You'll DoAssists in maintaining register, fold, and compensation, identifying and correcting issuesMonitors signature quality by assisting in setting and monitoring color by following Sheridan's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for qualityAssist in webbing up pressAssist in setting up/operating equipment by setting up press computers, units, folders, and auxiliary equipment and performing preventative maintenancePerform hand operations as requiredWork as part of a team to hit daily production goalsInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsFollow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspaceWhat We're Looking ForNo bindery experience? No problem—we'll train you.
