We'll provide the training you need to succeed.What You'll DoAs a Manufacturing Associate (Material Handler), you'll help keep our printing operation running smoothly by:Removing printed materials from the press and stacking them on palletsChecking printed products for quality issues like smears or folding problemsLoading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facilityCounting, labeling, and organizing materialsBundling and preparing products for the next stage of productionUsing hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move materialsAssisting the press crew with job setup, including handling printing platesHelping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPitching in on other projects as neededWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need years of experience—we'll provide training!We're looking for someone who:Has a high school diploma or GEDCan follow written and verbal instructionsHas basic math and reading skillsEnjoys working as part of a teamIs dependable, motivated, and ready to learnCan safely lift and move materials and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWarehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position. You'll spend much of your day standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials.
