Manufacturing AssociateJoin our production team at Aisin as a Manufacturing Associate, contributing to the creation of high-quality automotive components.Manufacturing Associate Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 16.50 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)Operate various production machines used to manufacture, form, & join metal partsPerform assembly tasks to create automotive components according to specificationsFollow all safety protocols & production guidelinesMaintain a clean & organized work areaCollaborate with team members to achieve daily production targetsPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors1st Shift Monday - Friday, 5:00AM - 5:00PM2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 5:00PM - 5:00AMOvertime work may be required during the week and on weekends, based on company needsManufacturing Associate Qualifications:Need to have at least 3 months previous manufacturing experience.High School Diploma or GED is NOT requiredMust be able to fluently speak, read, & write in either English or Spanish.Ability to lift up to 45lbs regularly.Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift.Must be available to work overtime as requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
