Manufacturing AssociateWe are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing team in Souderton, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating processing equipment, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to following established procedures and safety standards.Manufacturing Associate Job Details:Location: Souderton, PAPay: $21-$23/hourShifts:2nd shift: 2 PM-12:30 AM, Tuesday-Friday3rd Shift: 10:00pm–8:30am, Tuesday–FridayNight Swing Shift: 6:00pm–6:30am, rotating schedule (3 to 4 day work week)Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production and processing equipmentMeasure, inspect, and document product quality throughout the processSet up equipment and make basic process adjustments as neededFollow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelinesComplete production documentation accurately and timelyTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concernsManufacturing Associate Job Requirements:Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or processing experience preferredBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsHigh school diploma or GED preferred
