They are known locally for their clean and comfortable facility.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveMonthly Attendance BonusEarnable PTOAnd More!Manufacturing Associate Details:Temp-to-Hire position$18.15 to $19.25 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Monday through Saturday)1st shift: 6:30a-3p2nd shift: 2:30p-11p or 4:30p-1a3rd shift: 10:30p-7aPerform repetitive basic operations in a climate controlled environment for Honda transmissionsOperating basic hand and power tools Standing in one place for 2 hour increments for 8 hours total.Will be learning multiple processes for each position.Will be building and assembling transmissions for automobiles.Must be willing to work daily or weekend overtime.Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:Must understand verbal and written directionsMust have excellent attendanceNo HSD/GED requiredMust have stable job historyMust be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shiftMust have steel toes.Must be able to lift 50lbs.Must be able to bend, crouch, lift repetitively.Physical Assessment required prior to placement.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
