Job description
TKC – Kodi Collective LLC seeks a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery to support production of high-quality printed and packaged materials for government and defense clients. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor bindery and finishing equipment, including cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders, ensuring jobs meet precise specifications, security requirements, and quality standards. You’ll inspect output, perform basic equipment maintenance, document job details, and collaborate with a mission-focused, tech-forward team committed to reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
