Manufacturing AssociateUrbana, IA Location: Urbana, IAAt Clickstop, we are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate. This role blends hands-on sewing line operations with efficient packaging responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of production. All team members will begin their training in strap manufacturing/packing and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We produce a wide range of products, so attention to detail, and the ability to remain focused in a repetitive environment is critical.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines.Sit or stand for the majority of the shift.Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.Operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely.Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.Primary Areas of Focus Within Our Manufacturing:Tie Down (Strap Manufacturing)Read and understand work orders.Audit orders for accuracy.Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps.Maintain productivity by meeting daily output requirements.Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods of time.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Sew straps using manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner.Tie Down PackingMaintain order accuracy through proper documentation and organization.Pack numerous different orders efficiently and accurately off of a conveyor belt, ensuring products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.Lift 50ilbs repeatedly.
