Manufacturing AssociatesCarolina, an OFS company, is seeking applicants for multiple openings in their seating division, including Upholstery, Spring-up, Sewing, Assembly and Truck Loaders.Responsibilities:UpholsteryPerform upholstery tasks including fabric trimming, attaching material to furniture frames.Spring-upInstall springs, webbing, and support material onto furniture frames according to production needsAssemblyUse pneumatic tools to assembly a variety of chair framesSewingUse industrial sewing machines to sew upholstery materials, following patterns and instructionsTruck Loader (WMS exp. Preferred)Load finished product onto transport vehicles, verify counts, and secure loads for shipmentInventory Control TechnicianManage inventory accuracy for Month end, Physical inventory, and slow-moving obsolete inventoryRequirements:Previous experience in Upholstery and SewingProficiency with pneumatic tools and basic hand tools.Physical ability to lift, push, and pull frames; ability to stand for extended periods and maneuver in tight spaces.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Reliable, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
