Job Title: Manufacturing Associate Pay: $17/hr Hours: 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Monday - Thursday) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a reliable and dedicated team player? Join us as a Manufacturing Associate and make an impact every day. As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll support daily production operations in a busy, team-oriented environment. You'll work closely with your team to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high safety standards and quality. What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for Operating machinery and following standard manufacturing processes to ensure smooth production flow Assisting with loading and unloading materials along the production line Following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE, including steel-toed shoes Keeping workstations clean, organized, and safe Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production targets Adapting to changing priorities and participating in cross-training opportunities to expand your skills What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor is a plus but not required Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and pay attention to detail A positive, dependable, and flexible attitude Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Steel-toed shoes (required from day one) Why Join Us in Lewiston, ME? Location & Schedule This position is based in Lewiston, ME. Full-time schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week, plus occasional Fridays; some weeks may require five 10-hour days depending on workload.
