Production Associates

We are currently seeking Production Associates to fill full-time positions. Ideal candidates will have experience in operating machinery, production, or packaging materials.
Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
Operate press machines and other manufacturing equipment according to safety and quality standards.
Pick materials with RF scan guns.
Pick and pack materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety regulations.
Work as a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Requirements of the Production Associates:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment is preferred.
Ability to operate machinery, hand tools, or other production equipment.
Must have strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Will have a willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Must display a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
Compensation/Benefits for the Production Associates:
Pay Rate: $16.70 per hour.
