Clarus in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to guide financial strategy, planning and fiscal stability. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance while steering the finance team and aligning with the CEO and Board.
Ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing finance, strong FP&A, cost management, and experience preparing for acquisitions. MBA or CPA/CFA preferred; strong stakeholder management and leadership required.
