Job description
Niagara Bottling is seeking a Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager to lead change management and project execution at Lighthouse Facilities. You will champion continuous improvement, test new processes, and optimize technologies while sharing lessons learned. Collaborate with plant SMEs and HQ teams, analyze performance data, and develop mitigation strategies.
