Job description
United Launch Alliance in Decatur, AL is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive and embed process improvement across the factory, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to boost efficiency, quality, and performance.
You will partner with senior leaders to develop transformation plans, lead Kaizen events, coach teams, and build KPI dashboards to demonstrate progress and sustain gains. The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
