Job description
REGERA is seeking a field-focused sales professional to own the full sales cycle for Uptario CMMS and ERP. You will engage maintenance managers and plant leaders, run discovery, demonstrate the product live, scope pilots with our engineering team, and close new business across the US Midwest and GCC.
Responsibilities include building a strong sales pipeline, tailoring demos to assets and workflows, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining an accurate CRM.
