Job description
LHH is seeking a hands-on accounting leader for a growing manufacturing organization in Tempe, AZ. The role requires building structure, developing the team, and owning the full accounting cycle with a focus on improving procedures and consistency across the function.
You will oversee AP and AR, coach a developing accounting team, and drive standard operating procedures while adapting to an evolving environment. A strong background in manufacturing accounting and leadership is essential.
