Job description
Amcor in Shelbyville, KY is seeking a Manufacturing Department Manager who will oversee safety, quality, productivity, cost and culture in a medium sized plant with up to 75 hourly employees. You will lead safety programs, establish and enforce 5S and GMP standards, monitor KPI performance, and drive continuous improvement with the Plant Leadership team.
You will supervise salaried Shift Supervisors, participate in budgeting, plan resources efficiently, and ensure customer requirements are met
