This role is responsible for finishing drywall surfaces to a high quality standard in a controlled manufacturing environment.Job ResponsibilitiesTape, mud, and finish drywall seams and joints.Apply joint compound, sanding, and smoothing surfacesRepair imperfections.Use measurement tools to ensure accuracy and alignment.Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized work area.Collaborate with team members to meet production goalsInspect finished surfaces to ensure quality standards are met.Perform other tasks as assigned.Job Skills & Qualifications2 years of drywall finishing experience.Knowledge of drywall finishing techniques, tools, and materials.Ability to read and use basic measurement tools accurately.Experience using hand and power tools.Ability to lift up to 50 -75 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.BLOX offers the full spectrum of comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
