This role requires performing preventive and emergency maintenance, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems in the facility.ResponsibilitiesHours: 3rd Shift 10PM-6:30 AMRead and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specificationsTroubleshoot, install or repair electrical wiring, conduit, feeders, breakers and other electrical components using appropriate electrical test equipmentPerform electrical maintenance and emergency repairs, implement modifications, and carry out the facility's preventive maintenance program during the assigned shiftInstall and repair electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipmentPlan layouts for new electrical wiring installations when requiredConduct regular inspections of all electrical equipment, including switchgear and motors, as part of the preventive maintenance programMaintain electro-pneumatic control systems by adjusting, calibrating, and repairing themInstall new electrical and electronic equipment and electrical wiring in compliance with the national electrical code and company standardsTroubleshoot and diagnose issues with PLCsAssist the purchasing department by providing technical guidance on equipment and electrical partsWork independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbility to read and interpret construction plans, prints, specifications and Operations and Maintenance ManualsAbility to stand for long period of timeAbility to lift 50 LbsAt least five years of prior industrial experience in a manufacturing related type of environmentThe candidate we seek must read and write in English languageExcellent communication skillsTeam playerMajor Medical, Dental, Vision. 401K, PTO, Quartey Bonus, Amazing room for advancement and many other great perks Pay Rate: $35-$40Englert Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.#ENGINDME
