Manufacturing Engineer
Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Manufacturing Engineer near Tupelo, MS for a well established manufacturing organization. This is a highly visible role that will be responsible for process optimization and improving the efficiency to increase production.
What You’ll Do
Implement processes to reduce scrap and improve production efficiency
Analyze current manufacturing processes and create improvements
Support process optimization initiatives
Apply data and problem-solving skills to improve product and process performance
Train and support team members on improved processes and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Technology, or 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Background as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer in manufacturing
Lean/Six Sigma certification, preferred
Demonstrated success with scrap reduction initiatives
Experience optimizing production efficiency
