Job description
Heartland Food Products Group in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Production Engineer to gain hands-on understanding of equipment operation, process control, and Heartland’s ways of working. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality and Engineering to raise safety, quality and reliability.
You will operate the Production Cell, drive day-to-day production and participate in troubleshooting, process improvements and SOP development to reduce costs and variation while safeguarding product integrity.
