Job description
Faith Technologies seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support electrical and construction projects from concept through installation. In this role, you will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical assemblies and prefabricated components, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency. You will create layouts, work instructions, and tooling requirements; analyze workflow and production data; and collaborate with project managers, designers, and field teams. You’ll help implement lean practices, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment with strong growth opportunities.
