Job description
Ashton North LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Advanced Manufacturing & Process Optimization to develop, implement, and continuously improve production methods across multiple plants. You will analyze workflows, drive process capability, and lead cross-functional teams to meet cost, quality, and throughput targets.
You will collaborate with Production Supervisors, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain in a Lean, data-driven environment, using SPC, time studies, Kaizen
