The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, builds our leading-edge technology. GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.What You'll DoIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.Key Responsibilities:Skilled in troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for system-level challenges in a production environment. Conduct failure analysis reports and investigations.Proven minimum 4 years of experience inBOM structuring for multidisciplinary products, submitting, and managing engineering change ordersWriting procedures to document assembly instructions and production processesSupport development or replacement of end-of-life/obsolete mechanical partsDesigning and developing fixtures to support production3D CAD modeling and 2D drawing generationQuotation, prototyping, integration, and testingExperience working with suppliers to resolve component/yield/part problems in a timely manner and assist purchasing teams in driving supplier quality improvements and cost reductions efforts.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain project timelines and work independently.Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel inside and outside USTechnical Skills:Manufacturing Software: SAP ERP, Autodesk AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, OrCAD, AutoCAD, any harness design software, Cirris.Production Planning Tools: Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), MRP II, Kanban systems, Gantt charts.Data Analysis & Reporting: Microsoft Excel (Advanced), SQL (Intermediate), Power BI (Intermediate), VBA Macros.Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge or previous exposure to ISO 9001, Six Sigma (Green Belt), Lean Manufacturing principles, OSHA standards, EPA regulations.Minimum QualificationsDoctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 yearsAbout KLAWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
