Role Description The Manufacturing Engineer Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Bryan, OH.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this position includes assisting in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for our portfolio of prescription-grade phototherapy products. This role works closely with engineers, production staff, and quality teams to support production operations, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing documentation

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including experience with quality control practices, basic measurement tools, and root-cause problem solving.

Experience with data collection and analysis tools

Understanding of quality systems and statistical process control (SPC)

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field preferred.

1-3 years of manufacturing, production, maintenance, or engineering support experience preferred

Must be able to be on-site in Bryan, OH

Expected salary range: $63K-74.6K

Work Environment

This role is within an office environment and may include hands-on work in our production facility (connected to the office). The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

Able to site for up to 8 hours

Able to use a computer for up to 8 hours

May encounter lifting/moving products specific to tasks
