Edelbrock Group is looking for a talented, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving manufacturing processes, eliminating waste, and making a measurable impact on plant operations.
What You'll Do:
Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop solutions to improve productivity, safety, quality, and cost.
Optimize manufacturing processes, equipment utilization, and facility layouts.
Partner with plant leadership to implement operational improvements.
Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, including value stream mapping and process optimization.
Identify opportunities for capital improvements and increased operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent Lean manufacturing experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. xzgxqkn
Experience with process controls and value stream mapping.
CNC machining, AutoCAD, or distribution center experience is a plus
