About the Position
In this capacity, you will oversee a diverse engineering group focused on creating and deploying sophisticated material handling technologies. Your leadership is essential for driving project success by balancing quality, budget, and scheduling requirements while cultivating an environment centered on teamwork and ongoing operational refinement.
Core Duties
Guide and coach a talented group of engineers to reach their full potential.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of engineering projects from initial design to final manufacturing.
Offer technical direction across electrical, mechanical, and controls engineering domains.
Optimize workflows to help improve overall team output and project results.
Work alongside various departments to ensure engineering designs integrate smoothly into production.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to guarantee project goals and client needs are met.
Allocate personnel, funds, and tools effectively to satisfy project requirements.
Help maintain a safe working environment that adheres to all relevant industry regulations and internal guidelines.
Qualifications

Possess deep technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering.

Education and Background
A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is mandatory, with a Master’s degree viewed as a plus.
At least 8 years of professional engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Background working within the automation, manufacturing, or material handling sectors.
A history of successfully directing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing intricate projects.
Practical knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing frameworks.
