Job description
The Toro Company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for the Windom, MN facility. You will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers responsible for Assembly, Paint and Welding, promoting Lean practices, safety and continuous improvement to boost productivity.
Required: Engineering degree with eight+ years in manufacturing and at least two years in a leadership role; SAP/ERP familiarity and experience in budgeting, project oversight, and quality procedures.
