About the job Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Manufacturing Engineer Manager to join their team and lead the manufacturing engineering department to new heights.
JOB DUTIES
Leadership over manufacturing engineering team. Team consists of up to eight direct reports including manufacturing engineers and production non-traditional roles
Accountable for value stream goals. Alignment with operations on people, quality, velocity, and cost targets for full value stream foundry and machine shop
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers
Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a 4-year college degree in an appropriate engineering or technical discipline with 7 years of progressive manufacturing experience, or equivalent 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
Direct leadership, project leadership, or team lead experience required.
Foundry or machining process experience require
