Hayward Holdings (NYSE: HAYW), the world's leading manufacturer of residential pool equipment, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations at our Nashville facility. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for advancing automation, driving operational excellence, supporting new product launches, and developing a high-performing engineering team.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
Drive automation, process improvement, and capital equipment initiatives.
Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Product Engineering to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Lead manufacturing readiness for new product introductions.
Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.
Optimize production processes, layouts, tooling, and equipment to support growth and scalability.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Previous experience leading engineering teams.
Strong background in automation, assembly, testing, and packaging operations.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and process improvement.
Proven success managing capital projects and implementing manufacturing technologies.
CAD experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software.
