Job description
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead our Camden, AR team. This role oversees manufacturing engineering activities, driving moderate enhancements to processes and systems to improve effectiveness of the job area.
You will partner across functions to meet program targets and mentor staff. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of related experience (or Graduate degree with 7+ years, or 13+ years without a degree).
