Manufacturing Equipment OperatorSchedule: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start — TBD Contract Length: 1 year Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hourJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Operator to operate semi-automated production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for equipment setup and operation, routine quality checks, production documentation, and maintaining a safe and clean work area.ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor semi-automated manufacturing equipment.Perform equipment changeovers, calibrations, line clearances, and routine preventive maintenance.Complete first-article inspections and routine quality checks.Accurately complete production, quality, and equipment documentation.Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or production issues.Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, quality standards, and established work instructions.Maintain a clean and sterile work environment.Support material requisitions and inventory management.Participate in daily production meetings.Work with team members and cross-functional groups to resolve technical issues and support process improvements.Meet established daily production and quality goals.Benefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #IND0826
