If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will Do:Replenish and deliver materials directly to workstations throughout production shiftsUpdate Andon system (lab status monitor) to reflect current physical location of hardwareStage and kit materials required for upcoming builds based on the production scheduleCoordinate closely with Receiving, Logistics, and Production Planners to ensure material availabilitySupport material readiness by confirming that components required for upcoming work orders are available and communicating gapsAssist with basic clear?to?build checks by verifying material presence at point?of?useHelp identify when materials, components, or tooling are missing and escalate to the appropriate teamProvide floor?level visibility to Operations and Planning regarding material constraints or delaysSupport expedited material runs when shortages or priority changes occurMaintain organized staging areas and ensure materials, containers, and consumables are accessible and properly labeledCoordinate with cross?functional teams (Operations, Quality, Logistics, Planning) to ensure smooth execution flowWhat You Will Bring:1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year directly interacting with cross functional teamsSAP experienceStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to influence without authority in a manufacturing floor environmentAbility to lift, move, and transport materials as requiredPay Range:$24.00/hour - $29.00/hourCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
