Job description
PSG in Boca Raton, part of Dover, is seeking a Finance Director to lead the site's financial planning, reporting, and controls. The role reports to the General Manager and CFO and includes budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to drive performance.
You will manage a small team of professionals, ensure SOX compliance, oversee ERP initiatives (Oracle), and interact with manufacturing leadership to align metrics with corporate goals.
