Job description
Find Great People | FGP in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the site’s financial performance in a hybrid role. You will partner with operations and senior finance to drive profitability, budgeting, and decision-making.
This role goes beyond traditional accounting, owning costs, inventory, capex analyses, and manufacturing efficiency. SAP is required and about 10+ years of plant finance experience is expected. Onsite three days per week with audits and year-end activities.
