Job description
MiTek seeks a finance business partner to the US Automation Division manufacturing plants to ensure GAAP compliance and robust internal controls. You will own FP&A for five sites, support operational decisions, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership.
The role requires leading month-end closes, budgeting, and variance analyses, while developing KPIs and dashboards to drive improvements. You will split time between MiTek facilities in Chesterfield and St.
